Mild steel, stainless steel, galvanised or aluminium arrives as coil or sheet in the thickness your job needs.

The coil is unrolled and levelled flat, so every hole lands on pitch.
03 / 06Perforation
A CNC press punches round, square or slotted holes in straight or staggered patterns, row after row.
04 / 06Flattening & deburring
The sheet is re-levelled to release punching stress and deburred for clean edges.
05 / 06Inspection
Hole size, pitch, open area and thickness are checked against your specification.
06 / 06Cut, pack & dispatch
Sheets are cut to size, stacked, strapped and loaded for dispatch from Ahmedabad and Nagpur.
