   Crimping

   Wires are pre-crimped so they lock together and hold the aperture under vibration.

   Weaving

   Crimped wires are woven into square or slotted openings sized to your cut point.

   Cutting to size

   The woven panel is measured and cut to your deck dimensions.

   Hook forming

   Edges are bent into hook strips so the screen can be tensioned evenly.

   Tensioning & clamping

   On site, the screen is hooked onto the deck and clamped tight, ready to run.
